Phillip Jacques Braunstein Alcalde

Phillip Braunstein is the president of Colossal Properties inc. In 2012, he founded Colossal Properties, Inc., as a way to further enhance residential and commercial development. Focusing on design, construction, and investments, Colossal properties expanded into the single family luxury residential market in Los Angeles, and has been involved in the development of over 65,000 SF of luxury residential housing. Phillip Braunstein has been an NFT collector since 2020, and was one of the first to display NFT’s in a mansion for sale. “The Count Collections” displays his most.

Clark Anthony Braunstein

A wide range of experience representing individuals in complex business litigation, real estate litigation and employment litigation. Notably, Mr. Braunstein successfully obtained a judgment for over $18,000,000.00 in a real estate dispute in Los Angeles Superior Court. Mr. Braunstein is also well versed in labor and employment law and has represented employees in wage and hour class actions throughout the state. Mr. Braunstein has achieved a Class Action Settlement in the amount of $465,000.00 for employees in a California wage and hour class action.
